丙型肝炎特殊人群DAAs的个体化治疗 被引量：2

摘要 丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）感染严重影响着人类健康,直接抗病毒药物（direct-acting antiviral agents,DAAs）已成为抗HCV治疗的趋势。2014年12月美国肝病研究学会（AASLD）、美国感染病学会（IDSA）与国际抗病毒学会美国分会（IAS-USA）[1]更新了丙型肝炎的诊治指南,对丙型肝炎初治、经治及肝硬化早期患者依据基因分型提出了相应的治疗方案,
