特络细胞——一种新的间质细胞的鉴定及其在肝脏中的功能
摘要
特络细胞（Telocytes,TCs）是近年来发现的一种新的间质细胞类型,这种细胞类型具有独特的细胞形态：较小的胞体,极细长的念珠样延伸突触（Telopodes）,可达近百微米,并相互连接形成复杂的3D间质网络。电镜及免疫组化是TCs的主要鉴定手段。TCs免疫表型较为特殊,可同时表达C-kit、CD34等干性细胞标志物和Vimentin、PDGFR等间质细胞标志物。
