摘要
减速器是一种常用的传动装置,其中直齿圆柱齿轮减速器和斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器应用最为广泛。为有效提高减速器的传动效率、传动精度及空间利用率,并显著降低生产成本,论文通过对直齿圆柱齿轮减速器和斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器的设计计算,根据设计结果重点分析比较了两种减速器的异同、各自的优缺点和适用范围,同时结合实际应用就两种减速器提出了优化改进方案。
Reducer is a commonly used gear, including spur gear reducer and helical gears reducer which are most widely used. To effec-tively improve the transmission efficiency, space utilization, reduction gear transmission accuracy and significantly reduce production costs, the paper through the design calculations of spur gear reducer and helical gears reducer, focuses on comparing the results of two reducer species similarities and differences, advantages and disadvantages, and scope. At the same time, considering the practical application, we proposed opti-mization improvements for two kinds of reducer.
