摘要
论文首先介绍了TRIZ的含义及解决问题的方法。再以打包机易损件的,压紧刀头和止退刀头的改进为例,阐述了如何提取技术矛盾、确定矛盾参数、通过查找矛盾矩阵表,找出表中推荐的发明原则,进行分析筛选,最后求解出多种改进方案。可以为技术人员的创新改进提供快速有效的思路,在产品设计和解决问题中有很好的应用价值。
Firstly, this paper introduces the definition of TRIZ and the method to solve the problem using TRIZ. Secondly, it introduces an example of improving Pressed Tip and Return Tip in packing machine and illustrates how to extract technical contradiction, determine contradiction parameter, find out invention principle recommended in the table by searching contradiction matrix, then perform analysis screening, and finally bring out many kinds of improving schedule, which can provide fast and effective ideas for innovation or improvement of technical personnel. The TRIZ has a good application value in product design and solving problem.
