基于婴儿车的自动摇扇设计研究

摘要 针对目前风扇风力婴幼儿太大,设计了一种基于婴儿车的自动摇扇机构;设计方向包括续航能力、产品销售模式、人性化设计和绿色设计。在室外运动中第一车轮作为原动件提供动力,带轮一与车轮固定,通过普通平带动力传递到带轮二。在推车休息时,蓄电池驱动电机转动,带动棘轮连杆机构使摇扇摆动;材料选择可降解的聚乳酸和聚碳酸酯。产品销售模式将机械设计与婴儿车作为组合产品。实现了风力柔和、环保战略目标,提高了能源利用率和产品进入市场平滑度。 Because present fan had stronger wind for infants, an automatic Shaking fan was designed for their needs. The design included cruising power, sales models, humanization design and green design. In the moving process, the first wheel acts as driving link to provide power which the first pulley is fixed with carriage wheel in order to deliver to the second pulley through driving force from flat plastic belt.In the rest process, storage battery drives motor working to put the linkage with ratchet wheel in motion to make the fan swinging. The fan adopts biodegradable polylactic-acid and Makrolon. Sales models combined machinery design with baby carriage. It provides soft wind,protects environment, and improves the level of resources utilization and evenness which product enters market.
