摘要
根据伊犁四矿长距离带式输送机与受煤点设计中存在的无法搭接情况,论文从技术角度进行了综合分析与计算,将一部皮带分成两部皮带进行转载运输;并分别对带宽、带速进行了功率、牵引力、胶带张力及投资方面的综合比较。进一步优化了设计方案,既保证了技术上可行,节省了投资,又提高了设备的可靠性,取得了较好的经济与社会效益。
Long distance belt conveyor and coal receiving facility were hard to connect in Yili No.4 Mine, according to this case, this article did comprehensive analysis and calculation, divided one belt into two to transship, and comprehensively compared bandwidth, belt speed,power and, traction, tape tension and investment. The above work further optimized the design scheme, not only ensured the technical feasi-bility, reduced the investment, but also improved the reliability of equipment, achieved good economic and social benefits.
