The Design of the Cooking-stirring Kettle

针对养殖场的大型动物尸体无害化处理问题,在对动物尸体破碎的基础上进一步采用蒸煮搅拌釜对碎尸块进行高温蒸煮,可避免对环境的污染和对人体的危害。论文设计的蒸煮搅拌釜采用螺旋式-锚式综合搅拌器、并采用多投料口的焊接结构方案。该蒸煮搅拌釜具有投料灵活、搅拌效果好、安全稳定、应用范围广等特点。

According to the harmless handling problems of large animal bodies in the farms, on the base of animal body broken, the animal carcasses is further cooked at the high temperature using cooking-stirring kettle, it can avoid environmental pollution and harm to human body. In this paper, the design of cooking-stirring kettle adopts the spiral- anchored integrated stirrer, and cast welding structure scheme of the several feeding mouth. It has the characteristics of convenient use, good stirring effect, safety and stability, wide application range etc.
