河南信阳野生香薷盛花期挥发油的GC-MS分析 被引量:2

摘要 为研究河南信阳野生香薷盛花期挥发油的化学成分,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取野生香薷盛花期挥发油,以气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)仪测定挥发油化学组分。结果共分离到27个组分,鉴定出其中17个组分,占挥发油总峰面积的97.793%,主要成分为愈创木酚(64.048%,峰面积相对百分比,下同)、去氢香薷酮(20.897%)、4-(1-异丙基)-苯甲醇(6.200%)。研究发现其可作为香原料进行开发利用。 The chemical components of volatile oil from Elsholtzia ciliata( Thunb.) Hyland. in florescence stage via steam distillation were studied by GC-MS. Total of 27 components were separated and 17 compounds were identified among them which accounted to 97.793% of total peak area in this oil. The main chemical components were guaiacol( relative mass ratio 64. 048%),dehydroelsholtzia ketone( relative mass ratio 20. 897%),4-( 1-methylethyl)-benzenemethanol( relative mass ratio 6. 200%). It suggested that Elsholtzia ciliata( Thunb.) Hyland. could be used as a potential raw material to develop flavor ingredient.
