摘要
建立了气相色谱测定化妆品中氯乙酰胺含量的方法。样品用乙醇超声提取,经净化离心过滤后,采用HP-INNOWax色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。结果表明,氯乙酰胺的质量浓度在10~1 000 g/mL范围内与响应值有良好的线性关系,相关系数r大于0.999,在0.05%、0.3%和0.6%3个水平上对液体类、膏霜乳类和固体类化妆品分别进行添加回收试验,回收率范围为94.4%~98.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.12%~2.59%,定量低限为0.05%,满足国际上通行的0.3%的限量要求。
A simple,quick and accurate method was established for the determination of 2-chloroacetamide in cosmetics by gas chromatography. Samples were extracted with ethyl alcohol,cleaned up and then detected by FID detector using HP-INNOWax column after centrifugation and filtration. The linear range of the determination was 10 to 1 000 g / m L and the correlation coefficient was over 0.999. The method was validated with liquid,cream and solid type cosmetics spiked at three fortification levels( 0. 05%,0. 3% and 0.6%) and the average recoveries ranged from 94. 4% to 98. 1% with the RSD of 1. 12% to 2. 59%. The limit of quantitation was as low as 0. 05%.
