摘要
欧盟为完善对化妆品宣称的管理,专门出台了《化妆品宣称合理性通用准则》及其指南。结合其立法背景和管理模式,着重介绍了这一规定所确立的六项宣称准则和支持宣称所用的三类主要证据,并以此分析其对我国化妆品宣称管理的借鉴意义。
The EU Commission published the common criteria and their guidelines for cosmetic claims. This paper summarized the six criteria and highlighted three major types of evidential support which could be used in claim substantiation. While CFDA aiming to establish similar rules in China,the EU regulatory system would be a helpful reference.
