摘要
目的了解我院护理专业女大学生月经失调相关因素,并提出护理干预对策。方法随机抽取我院护理专业1∽3年级女生700名进行问卷调查,由专业人员统一进行资料统计与分析,对月经失调女大学生进行月经期知识宣教、饮食调理、心理健康教育及药物治疗等干预对策,使女大学生对月经失调生殖健康行为树立正确的态度。结果经前期综合征、痛经发生率高,分别为64%、52.86%;经期不良卫生与行为习惯、精神因素、剧烈体育运动、是否注意保暖及经期性生活对月经有显著影响(P均〈0.01);经期未注意保暖和经期性生活对经期持续时间有影响(P均〈0.01)。结论影响我院护理专业女大学生月经失调的因素主要是未注意经期保暖、更换卫生巾前未洗手、未勤换卫生巾、精神紧张焦虑等,通过普及相关卫生知识、心理减压、注意经期保暖等干预措施,加强自我保健意识,提高女大学生生殖健康水平。
Objective: To explore menstrual disorder related factors of the nursing major female college students in our school,and put forward the nursing intervention measures. Methods: The questionnaire survey was randomly conducted in700 nursing girls in grade 1 ∽ 3 in our school,the analysis of data statistics was made by professionals. Mental health education,knowledge education,psychological health education and drug therapy were used for menstrual disorder female college students so that female college students could set up the correct attitude for menstrual disorder reproductive health behaviors. Results: Premenstrual syndrome and dysmenorrheal had high incidences of 64% and 52. 86% respectively; bad health and behavior habits during menstruation,mental factors,strenuous sports,attention to keeping warm and sex activity during menstruation had a significant effect on menstruation( P〈0. 01); lack of attention to keep warm and sexual activity during menstrual period had an impact on menstrual duration( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: The factors influencing menstrual disorders of the nursing major female college students in our school mainly were lack of attention to keeping warm,not washing your hands before the change of sanitary napkin,infrequent change of sanitary napkin and nervous anxiety. The intervention measures of health knowledge,through popularizing psychological stress release and attention to keeping warm should be conducted to strengthen the awareness of self health care consciousness and raise the level of female college students' reproductive health.
