特发性中枢性性早熟小儿抑郁情绪及心理指导研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究特发性中枢性性早熟小儿抑郁情绪,并观察采取个性化心理指导的疗效。方法 60例特发性中枢性性早熟小儿为试验组,60例健康小儿为对照组;采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)分别对两组小儿进行测试、分析和比较,同时对抑郁小儿心理指导前后抑郁评分进行比较。结果试验组抑郁症状总发生率为71.67%(43/60),明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。对43例特发性中枢性性早熟抑郁小儿进行心理干预后SDS评分较干预前明显降低(P<0.01)。结论特发性中枢性性早熟小儿抑郁症状较普遍,心理指导疗效显著。 Objective: To evaluate depression emotion of the children with idiopathic central precocious puberty,and oberserve the curative effect of psychological instruction. Methods: Sixty children with idiopathic central precocious puberty were selected as the study group,and 60 healthy children were selected as the control group. The two groups were tested,anslysed and compared by ZUNG SDS. The scores were compared before and after psychological instruction. Results: The rate of depression emotion in study group was 71. 67%( 43 /60),which was higher than that in the healthy children( P〈0. 01). After psychological instruction,the scores of 43 children with idiopathic central precocious puberty were less than before( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Depression emotion is common among children with idiopathic central precocious puberty,and psychological instruction has significant effect.
