丙泊酚复合芬太尼或瑞芬太尼用于短时腹腔镜手术麻醉 被引量:2

Clinical observation of the therapeutic effect of propofol combined with remifentanil or fentanyl anesthesia on laparoscopic surgery

摘要 目的探讨在实施短时腹腔镜手术麻醉的过程中,选择丙泊酚复合芬太尼或者瑞芬太尼的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年7月-2014年7月腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者130例,随机分为观察组65例和对照组65例,分别采用丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚复合芬太尼。对比两组患者在不同时间点血压、心率变化以及苏醒时间。结果观察组患者在插管1分钟以及气腹1分钟时,心率、血压均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者呼之睁眼时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间以及定向力恢复时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼用于短时腹腔镜手术麻醉,血流动力学更平稳,麻醉恢复时间更快。 Objective: To investigate the process of the implementation of anesthesia in laparoscopic surgery,and clinical effect of propofol combined with fentanyl or remifentanil obtained. Methods: 130 cases of patients undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy( LC) in our Hospital in July 2012- July 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group( 65cases) and control group( 65 cases),treated respectively with propofol combined remifentanil and propofol combined with fentanyl. The blood pressure,heart rate and recovery time of the two groups of patients were compared at different time.Results: The patients in the observation group and within 1m after intubation and pneumoperitoneum,heart rate and blood pressure were lower than those in the control group( P〈0. 05); the eye opening time when called,the spontaneous breathing recovery time,extubation time and orientation recovery time were significantly shorter in the observation group were than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Propofol and remifentanil anesthesia for laparoscopic surgery in a short time has more stable hemodynamics,anesthesia and recovery is faster.
