粉煤灰酸法提取氧化铝的工艺研究进展 被引量:34

摘要 为了实现从高铝粉煤灰中提取氧化铝,进行了不同的氧化铝提取工艺的研究和比较。在对高铝粉煤灰性质进行分析的基础上,对碱法和酸法生产工艺的特点和适用性进行了比较,并阐述了采用酸法从循环流化床产生的粉煤灰中提取氧化铝的工艺路线。对硫酸浸取法、碱式硫酸法、酸碱联合法和一步酸溶法等4种酸法提取氧化铝的工艺路线和特点进行了综述,分析了不同工艺路线提取氧化铝的优势和缺陷。结果表明采用酸法从循环流化床粉煤灰提取氧化铝是可行的,有望实现工业化的工艺。 In order to leach alumina from high alumina fly ash,different extraction process were studied and compared. Based on the analysis of high alumina fly ash properties,the production process of alkali and acid were compared in the characteristics and applicability,and the process of extracting aluminum oxide with acid from circulating fluidized bed fly ash were described. Some acid extraction methods including sulfuric acid leaching method,basic sulfate method,acid and alkali combination method and one- step acid dissolution method were discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of alumina extraction by acid method were pointed out. The results showed that the acid method on the extraction of alumina from circulating fluidized bed fly ash was feasible.
