糖尿病肾病血液透析患者生存质量及其相关因素研究

Study on the Quality of Life and its Related Factors of Patients with Hemodialysis of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:了解糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的生存质量及其影响因素,为提高患者的生存质量提供依据。方法:应用肾脏特异性量表(KDQOL-SF)对62例DN血透患者进行问卷调查,并对其结果进行分析。结果:DN血透患者生存质量较差,但其中心理健康状况要好于生理健康状况(P<0.05),年龄与透析充分性均能影响患者的生存质量。结论:应针对影响DN血透患者的生存质量主要因素,采取措施帮助患者提高其生存质量。

Objective： To investigate the quality of life and its related factors of patients with hemodialysis of diabetic nephropathy,and in order to provide the theoretical basis for the quality of life. Methods： Application of kidney specific scale（ KDQOL- SF） of 62 cases with hemodialysis of diabetic nephropathy were investigated,and then the results were analyzed. Results： Hemodialysis of diabetic nephropathy patients with a poor quality of survival,but the status of mental health is better than the physical health status（ P〈0. 05）,age and dialysis adequacy can influence the life quality of the patients. Conclusion： We should be aimed at the main factors affecting the quality of life in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy,and to take measures to help the patients to improve their quality of life.
