大学社会责任概念构成要素与主要特征探究

Exploring the Components and Main Characteristics of University Social Responsibility

大学社会责任概念及其构成要素的模糊性、"混乱性"阻碍、制约了大学社会责任理论与实践的进一步发展。本文梳理了国内外大学社会责任概念的研究成果,探讨了大学社会责任概念及其构成要素的标准,提出利益相关方、可持续发展、参与、伦理、透明和评估等六方面是构成大学社会责任概念的核心要素,并从现实问题出发阐明了大学社会责任的四个主要特征,即理念性与实践性、同一性与差异性、有限性与无限性、适切性与超适切性的有机统一。

The ambiguity and ＂chaos＂of the core components on the University Social Responsibility（USR）concept is the obstruction to further development on its theory and practice.The article has reviewed the exploratory research of the USR concept home and abroad,explored the criterions of the core components on the USR concept,put forward the six core components of the USR concept such as stakeholders,sustainability,participation,ethical,transparent,and evaluation,illustrated that the main characteristics are the＂four＂organic unity starting from the practical problems,namely：the organic unity of the concept and practice,the similarities and differences,finiteness and infiniteness,relevance and super-relevance.
