摘要
在当今的高等素质教育中,大学生的价值观受到的冲击显得尤其显著,当代大学生的思想理念、现实需求与高等学府的素质教育、德育教育之间出现了严重的滞障和冲突。传统儒家自强不息的奋进精神,养人浩然正气的气节观,重义轻利、先公后私的价值观以及"先天下之忧而忧,后天下之乐而乐"的以天下为己任的大局观、以"和"为贵的人际观等理想人格都为现代的大学生提供了一个良好的生活范式,更为当今大学生的潜能开发和理想人格教育提供了一个很好的样式。
In the higher quality education,the pounding to the university and college students＇ values is very obvious.The serious obstruction have emerged between the ideological thought,the practical need of modern college students and the quality education,moral education of our higher college.In the traditional Confucianism,the unceasing struggle spirit,the outlook of integrity of the awe-inspiring righteousness,the values of justice outweighing benefit and valuing the collective before the individual,the perspective of overall situation of＂Be the first to bear hardships,and the last to enjoy comforts＂and the views of interpersonal of harmony provide a good living model for modern college students,and they also provide a good example for college students＇ potential development and education of ideal personality.
