基于能力牵引的全日制农推硕士培养质量保障体系的构建

The Construction of Training Quality Assurance System of Full-time Agricultural Extension Master Basing on the Ability-towing

全日制农推硕士招生规模的日益扩大是研究生培养从学术型向专业型转变的重要体现。相对于涉农学术硕士学位而言,全日制农推硕士人才培养目标与质量规格具有自身特色,且由于教育教学理念、实践教学环节、人才培养软环境等方面还存在一定的不足,不能满足"三层次"质量观的要求。本文在基于湖南农业大学现实考察的基础上,分别以知识基础能力、专业实践能力、综合能力为牵引,试图全面构建全日制农推硕士培养质量保障体系。

Full-time agricultural extension master＇s growing enrollment is an important manifestation of postgraduate training＇s transition from academic to professional.Relative to agricultural academic master＇s degree,full-time agricultural extension master＇s training objectives and quality specifications have their own characteristics.Because education teaching philosophy,practice teaching and personnel training soft environment still have some shortcomings,they can＇t meet requirements of three levels quality perspective.Based on the reality investigation of Hunan Agricultural University,the paper respectively ordered knowledge-based ability,professional practice ability and comprehensive ability for traction,hoping to build a comprehensive quality assurance system.
