Professor Zhang Peiqing in Treating Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease by Using Benefiting Qi for Nourishing Yin and Promoting Blood Circulation for Removing Blood Stasis Method for 30 Cases

目的观察30例冠心病心绞痛患者服用参芪补心丸治疗后,血脂和临床症状的改变,旨在探讨参芪补心丸治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛气阴两虚血瘀型的临床疗效。方法对照组予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗的基础上加用参芪补心丸口服,疗程为4周,观察患者治疗前后血脂和临床症状的变化。结果治疗组和对照组单项中医症状疗效比较:乏力、自汗、口干少津、五心烦热、口唇紫(P<0.05);两组间血脂HDL治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪补心丸能明显减轻冠心病稳定型心绞痛(气阴两虚血瘀型)患者的临床症状,调节血脂。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenqi Buxin bolus in the treatment of stable angina of coronary heart dis-ease of qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis. Methods 60 cases of patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups. The control group used routine Western medicine treatment. The treatment group added Shenqi Buxin bolus on the basis of the routine Western medicine treatment. Four weeks was a course of treatment. The main changes of symptoms, signs and blood lipid were observed. Results Comparing with the effect of individual TCM symptoms in the treatment group and the control group： fatigue, sweating,dry mouth, fanre, purple lips（ P〈0.05）, and there was significant difference. The lipid HDL of the treatment group was superior to the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenqi Buxin bolus can alleviate the clinical symptoms of stable angina of coronary heart disease of qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis.
