Clinical Experience of Professor Li Ying in the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis

目的通过总结老中医李莹教授对慢性前列腺炎的临床经验,提高中医辨证水平,提升中医药解决临床问题的能力。方法将李老辨证论治本病进行了归纳总结,对温补脾肾法治疗本病60例进行了临床观察和分析讨论。结果深化了中医对该病临床特点、病因病机认识,充实了中医药治疗本病的内涵。结论通过探讨李老治疗本病的经验,提高了中医药治疗该病的疗效,名老中医经验得到了良好的继承。

Objective Through summarizing the clinical experience of old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine Professor Li Ying in treating chronic prostatitis, to improve the level of TCM syndrome differentiation and the ability to solve the problem of clinical Chinese medicine. Methods Summarizing the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of the disease, 60 cases of patients were made clinical observation and analysis by warmly invigorating spleen and kidney method. Results The understanding of clinical characteristics, etiology and pathogenesis of the disease of traditional Chinese medicine were deepened, and the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease was enriched. Conclusion By discussing clinical experience of professor liying in the treatment of chronic prostatitis, the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease was improved, and old experience of traditional Chinese medicine had a good inheritance.
