消痞和胃方治疗功能性消化不良肝胃不和型44例

Xiaopi Hewei Decoction in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia of Incoordination between the Liver and Stomach for 44 Cases

目的观察消痞和胃方治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法将西医诊断为FD,中医辨证为痞满肝胃不和型患者84例,按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组(消痞和胃方组)44例和对照组(莫沙必利组)40例,疗程4周,观察两组患者症状体征的改善。结果治疗组总有效率为93.1%,对照组为77.5%;两组治疗后各项症候积分均比治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),对照组与治疗组比较,治疗组疼痛、嗳气、反酸或烧心积分比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论消痞和胃方能够明显消除或减轻FD患者的临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaopi Hewei decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia（ FD） of incoordination between the liver and stomach. Methods 84 cases of patients accord with Western medicine diagnosis of FD and TCM syndrome differentiation to the distention and fullness of incoordination between the liver and stomach were divided into treatment group（Xiaopi Hewei decoction） of 44 cases and control group（Mosapride group） of 40 cases according to the visiting sequence. 4 weeks was one treatment course. The improvement of symptoms and signs were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93.1% and 77.5%, respectively. After treatment, the symptoms score of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment（P 〈 0.01）. The pain, belching, acid regurgitation or heartburn points of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xiaopi Hewei decoction can eliminate or significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with FD.
