摘要
目的观察心宝丸治疗脑挫伤伴缓慢型心律失常患者临床疗效。方法选取140例脑挫伤伴缓慢型心律失常患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组各70例,分别给予心宝丸及阿托品治疗,2周为一疗程。结果两组总有效率对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论心宝丸治疗脑挫伤伴缓慢型心律失常疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xinbao pill in treating bradyarrhythmia of patient with brain contusion. Methods140 cases of patients with bradyarrhythemia of brain contusion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group had 70 cases. The treatment group was given Xinbao pill. The control group was given atropine. Two weeks was a course of treat-ment. Results There was significant difference between the total effective rate of the two groups（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Xinbao pill in treating bradyarrhythmia of patients with brain contusion was significant, and was worthy of wide clinical promotion.
