通络祛痰汤治疗短暂性脑缺血发作40例

Tongluo Qutan Decoction in the Treatment of Transient Ischemic Attack for 40 Cases

目的观察通络祛痰汤治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的临床疗效。方法把80例患者随机分为对照组40例和治疗组40例,对照组采用西医基础治疗,治疗组给予通络祛痰汤治疗,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组能明显改善短暂性脑缺血发作患者的临床症状,治疗组总有效率92.5%,对照组80%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通络祛痰汤治疗短暂性脑缺血发作有较好疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongluo Qutan decoction in the treatment of transient ischemic attack. Methods 80 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group（40 cases） and treatment group（40 cases）. The control group was treated with basic Westen medicine. The treatment group was given Tongluo Qutan decoction. The curative effect of the two groups was observed.Results The treatment group could improve the clinical symptoms of patients with transient ischemic attack; the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%, which was better than 80% of the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tongluo Qutan decoction in the treatment of transient ischemic attack has good curative effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
