畅情解郁汤治疗中风后抑郁32例

Changqing Jieyu Decoction in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression for 32 Cases

目的观察畅情解郁汤治疗中风后抑郁(PSD)的临床疗效。方法将64例PSD患者随机平均分为对照组和治疗组,两组各32例,对照组用黛力新治疗,治疗组用畅情解郁汤治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗总有效率比对照组高,HAMD评分比对照组低,不良反应少于对照组P<0.05。结论畅情解郁汤可明显改善PSD患者的抑郁症状,且安全性好,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Changqing Jieyu decoction in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods 64 cases of patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group had 32 cases. The control group was treated with Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets. The treatment group used Changqing Jieyu decoction.The curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the HAMD score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the adverse reactions of the treatment group was less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Changqing Jieyu decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of depression in patients with stroke, and the safety is good. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
