摘要
目的对急诊颅脑损伤中西医结合治疗的效果进行观察研究。方法选取我院2013年3月—2014年4月收治的急诊颅脑损伤住院患者75例,随机分为观察组38例,对照组37例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组给予中西医结合治疗,观察两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组采用中西医结合治疗后,患者NHISS评分明显低于对照组;观察组患者治疗有效率92.11%,高于对照组的70.27%。结论中西医结合治疗急诊颅脑损伤效果显著。
Objective To observe the effect of integrated medicine in the treatment of emergency craniocerebral injury. Methods 75 cases of hospitalized patients with emergency craniocerebral injury were selected in our hospital from April 2013 to March 2014, and they were randomly divided into observation group of 38 cases and control group of 37 cases. The control group was given routine treatment of Western medicine. The observation group was given integrated medicine treatment. The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed. Results The NHISS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the effective rate of the observation group was 92.11%, which was higher than that of 70.27% of the control group. Conclusion The integrated medicine in the treatment of emergency craniocerebral injury had significant effect.
