针刺八脉交会穴治疗脑外伤后抑郁30例

Acupuncture Eight Confluence Points in Treating Traumatic Brain Iniury Depression for 30 Cases

目的探讨治疗脑外伤后抑郁更为安全、有效的方法。方法治疗组采用针刺八脉交会穴治疗,对照组采用西药口服百忧解治疗。将两组的疗效进行对比观察。结果两组治疗前后HAMD评分比较,P<0.05,两种治疗方法均有效;两组治疗后临床整体疗效比较(P>0.05),针灸组与西药组临床整体疗效相当,无显著差异。结论针刺八脉交会穴治疗脑外伤后抑郁有良好疗效,与药物治疗疗效相仿。

Objective To investigate the safe and effective method in treating traumatic brain iniury depression. Methods The treatment group was treated by acupuncture eight confluence points, and the control group received oral administration of Western medicine Prozac.The therapeutic effects were compared and evaluated. Results The change of Hamilton Deprdssion Scale（HAMD） score were observed before and after treatment（ P 〈0.05）, and the two methods were effect. Comparing with the total clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups, total effective between the two groups showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The method of acupuncture eight confluence points on traumatic brain iniury depression has an obvious therapeutic effect, comparing with the method of oral administration of Western medicine, Prozac, showed no significant difference.
