摘要
中医药教育核心是人才培养,人才培养效果的检验标准在于临床疗效。目前中医药院校教育面临"多数刚出校门的中医学院毕业生不能合理正确运用中医手段处理临床实际"等诸多质疑,针对该现状,笔者认为应该从"培养中医思维模式、强调经典学习、针灸与方药并用、重视师承工作"等四个方面为核心入手,让中医人才培养工作能够真正符合临床实践的要求。
Talent training is the core of education of TCM, and the test standard for talent training is the clinical effect. College educa-tion mode of TCM is currently faced with many questions that doctors who just graduated from medical school can not use proper tradi-tional Chinese medicine method to deal with clinical trials. In order to meet the requirements of clinical practice, I thought that we should pay attention to four aspects ＂ cultivating the mindset of TCM, emphasizing learning classic, combination of acupuncture and medicine and apprentice education＂.
