摘要
中医诊断学是研究如何诊察病情、判断病种、辨别证候的基础课程,更是中医基础理论与临床各科间的桥梁课程,是中医学体系的主要内容。为了更好地开展中诊教学,笔者尝试在教学中开展自拟案例、信息缺失案例、误诊案例、临床真实案例等多元化案例式教学,以期激发学生的学习热情,提高教学效果。
Diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the study of how to checkup illness, judge the basic course of diseases and dif-ferentiation of syndromes, a bridge course of basic theory of TCM and clinical subjects, ant the main content of the system of TCM. In or-der to better carrying out the clinical teaching, the author tried to carry on the self-made case, information missing cases, cases of misdi-agnosis and real clinical cases teaching to inspire the learning enthusiasm of students, and improved the teaching effect.
