摘要 目的探讨临床经验在医学影像诊断学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2011年—2013年医学影像专业技术学生80名,随机分成研究组与对照组,对照组单纯应用多媒体与PACS(picture archiving and communication systems)系统教学,研究组则在对照组基础上应用临床见习参与病例讨论教学方法,分析对比两组教学效果。结果研究组学生各次阅片测试成绩及期末考试成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取临床见习参与病例讨论教育明显增加临床经验,与医学影像诊断学相结合能够提高学生临床实践技能,对于医学影像诊断学学习具有较高临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the application effect of clinical experience in the teaching of Medical Imaging Diagnosis. Methods 80 cases of medical imaging professional students were selected from 2011 to 2013, and they were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group applied multimedia and PACS( picture archivingand communication systems) in teaching. The study group used the clinical practice and case discussion teaching method on the basis of the control group. The teaching effects were compared between the two groups. Results The reading test scores and the final exam scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of participating in case discussion clinical probation education can increase the clinical experience, improve students ’ clinical practice skills by combining with the Medical Imaging Diagnosis, and it has higher clinical application value for the Medical Imaging Diagnosis.
