慢性盆腔炎中西医结合治疗及护理的措施

Therapy of Integrated Medicine and Nursing Care Measure on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探析中西医治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床护理措施。方法选择2014年1月—12月收治的慢性盆腔炎患者96例为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为两组,其中给予对照组常规护理,而观察组则运用针对性护理,对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率和复发率明显优于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上运用中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎时,再给予针对性护理,不仅可以提高治疗效果,在一定程度上还能降低复发率,改善患者预后。

Objective To analyze of the nursing care of inte grated medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods choosing 96 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 as the research objects, they were divided into two groups in chronological order. The control group received routine nursing care. The observation received proper nursing care. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and differences between the two groups were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical use of integrated medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, combined with corresponding proper nursing care, not only can improve the therapeutic effect, to a certain extent, also can reduce the recurrence rate, and improve the prognosis of patients.
