乙肝患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响因素及护理干预

The Influence Factors and Nursing Intervention of Patients with Hepatitis B Antiviral Treatment Adherence

目的分析乙肝患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响因素及护理干预效果。方法回顾性分析2013年10月—2014年10月收治的90例乙肝临床资料,按数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用中医护理干预,分析两组抗病毒治疗依从性的影响因素及护理干预效果。结果乙肝患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响因素有缺乏治疗的信心、擅自停药与经济方面压力大等,且观察组各项生活质量指标评分均比对照组高,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乙肝患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响因素进行有效护理干预,能提高其生活质量。

Objective To analyze the influence factors of patients with hepatitis B antiviral treatment adherence and the effect of nursing intervention. Methods A retrospective analysis of 90 cases of hepatitis B from October 2013 to October 2014 was made, and they were randomly divided into control group with 45 cases and observation group with 45 cases. The control group used conventional care method,and the observation group adopted TCM nursing intervention. The influence factors of antiviral treatment adherence and the effect of nursing intervention were analyzed. Results The influence factors of antiviral treatment adherence had lack of confidence in treatment,unauthorized withdrawal and heavy economic pressure. The indicators score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference had significance（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effective nursing intervention on influence factors of patients with hepatitis B antiviral treatment adherence can improve the quality of life.
