中西医结合护理保守干预腰椎间盘突出症的体会

The Experience of Integrated Medicine Nursing in the Conservative intervention of Lumbar Disc Prolapse

目的探讨运用中西医结合护理保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法对在2013年4月—2014年4月来我院进行保守治疗的58例腰椎间盘突出症患者通过体位、推拿按摩、针灸、饮食、心理及功能锻炼的中西医结合护理干预,评价其临床效果。结果 58例患者经中西医护理保守治疗后疗效显著,患者对治疗效果为非常满意的占45例,对治疗效果基本满意的占11例,不满意为2例,其总有效率占96.7%。结论运用中西医护理保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of applying the integrated medicine nursing in the conservative treatment of lumbar disc pro-lapse. Methods From April 2013 to April 2014, 58 cases of patients with lumbar disc prolapse received position, massage, acupuncture,diet, psychological and functional exercise of integrated medicine nursing intervention. The clinical effect was evaluated. Results After conservative treatment, the curative effect was distinct. 45 cases of patients were very satisfied with the treatment effect. 11 cases were satisfied with the treatment effect. 2 cases were not satisfied. The total effective rate was 96.7 %. Conclusion The application of integrated medicine nursing in the conservative treatment of lumbar disc prolapsed had significant effect, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
