温经汤治疗不孕症浅析

Analysis of the Wenjing Decoction in Treating Infertility

历代医家论述不孕主要与肾气不足、寒客胞宫、冲任气血失调有关,不孕症多数病因为"虚、寒、瘀",而温经汤具有"温、补、散、通"特点,从病因病机、现代研究出发,分析温经汤治疗不孕症机理,温经汤对排卵有双向调节作用,可降低寒冷刺激、血液凝滞导致的血粘度增高,能够调节生殖内分泌,改善卵巢功能,调节患者镇痛及血管舒缩功能,使之恢复正常的卵巢功能。说明温经汤是治疗不孕症的经典方剂。

Discussion on infertility of ancient famous physicians is related with deficiency of kidney qi, the cold of the uterus and disharmo-ny of Chong and Conception Vessels. Infertility is the most cause of ＂deficiency, cold and blood stasis＂. The Wenjing decoction has the char-acteristics of ＂warm, nourishing, scattered and dredge＂. Starting from the pathogenesis and modern research, we analyzed the mechanism of Wenjing decoction for the treatment of infertility. The Wenjing decoction had two-way adjustment function of ovulation. The Wenjing decoc-tion can reduce blood cold stimulation, and lead to increased blood viscosity, which can effectively reduce the erythrocyte aggregation force,and improve its deformation. The Wenjing decoction can regulate reproductive endocrine, improve ovarian function, adjust the patient ’s pain and vasomotor function, and restore normal ovarian function.The Wenjing decoction is classic prescriptions for the treatment of infertility.
