中医药治疗下肢丹毒的进展

The Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Erysipelas of Lower Limb

下肢丹毒是常见的急性感染性疾病。中医药在治疗下肢丹毒方面具有的方法多种多样,疗程短,效果显著,与西医相比优势显著。本文从内治、外治、内外同治、针刺、综合治疗等5个方面,归纳总结近5年来中医中药对下肢丹毒的治疗进展,认为在下肢丹毒的治疗中,中医中药治疗将优于西医单纯抗生素治疗,必将成为未来发展的主要方向。

Erysipelas of lower limb is a common acute infected disease. Traditional Chinese Medicine has different kinds of treating meth-ods in erysipelas of lower limb. These methods had the advantages over Western medicine method on simple operation, short course of treatment and excellent therapeutic effect. This paper summarized the progress of traditional Chinese medicine in treating erysipelas of lower limb from intrenal therapy, external treatment, acupuncture, multimodality therapy in the past 5 years, thought that in the treatment of erysipelas of lower limb, therapy of TCM would be better than Western medicine antibiotics, which would become the main treatment in the future.
