从省级教学技能大赛到全国微课大赛的几点心得体会

教师要在从教过程中,要清晰地认识到自身的不足,不断学习,完善自我;针对当前教学技能竞赛的优点,建立新的教学理念,认真准备课程资料,制作精良的课件,安排合理的教学实施环节,并对拍摄方式和教学方法等方面进行改革,真正实现"微课"之"微";反思教学竞赛的缺点,在力所能及的范围内不盲从,不哗众取宠;将平时的每一节课,按照竞赛的规格来准备和实施。

In the process of teaching, teachers should be aware of their own shortcomings, continuous learning and self-perfection. In view of the advantages of current teaching skills competition, we established the new teaching ideas, carefully prepared course materials, made excellent courseware, arranged a reasonable teaching, reformed the shooting mode and teaching method etc, and truly realized the ＂ mi-cro＂ of ＂ microlecture＂. We reflected the disadvantage in teaching competition, and didn’t blindly follow in its scope and grandstanding.We prepared and implemented every class in accordance with the specifications of the competition.
