艾迪注射液致肿瘤患者不良反应临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Adverse Reactions Caused by Addie Injection in Tumor Patients

目的观察肿瘤患者使用艾迪注射液出现的不良反应。方法选取我院收治的肿瘤患者60例,进行艾迪注射液治疗,观察用药的不良反应。结果 60例患者中,符合艾迪注射液适用证的患者有35例,占58.3%,剂量符合正常范围的有51例,占85%,发生不良反应共10例患者,占16.7%。不良反应轻,经过治疗症状均得到缓解。结论对于肿瘤患者使用艾迪注射液应遵守具体说明,在充分的医疗依据下可适当增加用量,提高疗效,使用艾迪注射液后不良反应少,对肿瘤患者治疗效果好。

Objective To observe the adverse reactions of Addie injection in tumor patients. Methods 60 cases of tumor patients were selected, anf they received Addie injection treatment. The adverse drug reactions were observed. Results In the 60 patients, 35 patients were in accordance with Addie injection, which accounted for 58.3 %, 51 cases were in the normal range, which accounted for 85%, and10 cases occurred adverse reactions, which accounted for 16.7 %. Adverse reactions were mild, and the symptoms were relieved after treatment. Conclusion Tumor patients using Addie injection should follow the specific instructions, and can increase dosage appropriately under the full medical basis. It can enhance the curative effect, has less adverse reaction, and has good therapeutic effect.
