温肺散寒涤饮法治疗外寒内饮型慢性阻塞性肺疾病62例

Warming Lung for Dispelling Cold and Promoting the Retention Method in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease of Exterior Cold and Endogenous Retention for 62 Cases

目的探讨温肺散寒涤饮法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(外寒内饮型)的效果。方法将124例慢阻肺患者随机分组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组加用温肺散寒涤饮汤,分析两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组疗效优于对照组,治疗后症状积分低于对照组。结论温肺散寒涤饮法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effects of warming lung for dispelling cold and promoting the retention method in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of exterior cold and endogenous retention. Methods 124 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group used warming lung for dispelling cold and promoting the retention method on the basis of the conventional treat-ment. The therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.After treatment, symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. Conclusion The warming lung for dispelling cold and promoting the retention method in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease had significant clinical effect.
