摘要
目的分析解郁安神汤联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床效果。方法将200例抑郁症患者随机分配,并设置对照组与试验组,每组100例,试验组采用解郁安神汤联合帕罗西汀治疗,对照组采用帕罗西汀治疗,并对比两组之间的治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率80%明显低于试验组92%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用解郁安神汤联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症,具有较好的治疗效果,而且复发率较低,具有一定的推广价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Jieyu A nshen decoction combined with paroxetine in the treatment of depression.Methods 200 cases of patients with depression were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, and each group had 100 cases. The experimental group used Jieyu Anshen decoction combined with paroxetine. The control group used paroxetine. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 80% which was significantly lower than92% of the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Jieyu Anshen decoction combined with paroxetine in the treatment of depression has good therapeutic effect, the recurrence rate is low, and has certain promotion value.
