内镜下套扎术联合中药灌肠治疗食管静脉曲张出血30例

Endoscopic Ligation Operation combined with TCM Enema in Treating Esophageal Variceal Bleeding for 30 Cases

目的研究并探讨内镜下套扎术联合中医药物治疗食管静脉曲张出血的临床治疗效果。方法选取2013年10月—2014年10月我院收治的60例食管静脉曲张出血患者作为研究对象,将其分为两组。所有患者均进行内镜下套扎手术,观察组患者在治疗过程中再给予奥曲肽、生脉注射液、黄芪注射液及中药汤剂灌肠的联合治疗。治疗后,对比观察对照组患者和观察组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组联合使用中医药物治疗后,其手术时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的食管静脉曲张消失率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其复发率、再出血率以及门静脉压力均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对食管静脉曲张出血患者进行内镜下套扎术联合中医药物治疗,不仅具有显著的疗效,还能有效改善预后,降低复发率。

Objective To study and explore the therapeutic effect of endoscopic ligation operation combined with Chinese medicine in treating esophageal variceal bleeding. Methods Choosing 60 cases of patients with esophageal variceal bleeding in our hospital from Octo-ber 2013 to October 2014 as research objects, they were divided into two groups. All the patients received endoscopic ligation operation.The observation group also used octreotide, Shengmai injection, astragalus injection and TCM enema. After the treatment, the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the con-trol group（ P〈 0.05）. The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. The disappeared rate of esophageal varices of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. The recurrence rate, the incidence of rebleeding and portal venous pressure were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The endoscopic ligation operation combined with Chinese medicine in treating esophageal variceal bleeding has curative effect, also can effectively improve prognosis, and reduce the recurrence rate.
