中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能减低危重症30例

Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Critically Ill of Hypothyroidism for 30 Cases

目的通过临床观察甲状腺功能减低危重症治疗方案,研究中西医结合治疗的效果。方法选取某院60例甲状腺功能减低危重症患者作为研究对象,按照患者入院时间将其随机分为对照组30例,实验组30例。对照组给予甲状腺激素治疗,实验组在对照组治疗方法基础上,加服温肾利水中药汤剂治疗。对比分析对照组与实验组患者治疗前后甲状腺功能变化和治疗总效果。结果中西医结合治疗方法的治疗效果要优于单一的西医治疗效果。实验组患者在治疗过程中,三碘甲状腺原氨、促甲状腺激素、甲状腺素等均发生了较为明显的改善。两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗方法能够有效治疗甲状腺功能减低危重症,使患者临床症状得到显著改善,提高患者的生活质量,缩短治疗疗程,帮助患者早日恢复健康,具有推广的价值和意义。

Objective Through clinical observing of the critically ill of hypothyroidism to study the therapeutic effect of integrated medicine.Methods Choosing 60 cases of patients with critically ill of hypothyroidism as the research objects, they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group in chronological order, and each group had 30 cases. The control group was given thyroid hormone. Based on the control group, the experimental group used warming kidney for duresis decoction. Changes of thyroid function and therapeutic effect of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of integrated medicine was better than that of the Western medicine. The three iodine thyroid original ammonia, thyroid stimulating hormone and thyroxine of the experimental group in the process of treatment were sognificantly improved, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Therapy of integrated medicine can effectively reduce critically ill of hypothyroidism, improve clinical symptoms significantly and quality of life, and shorten the treatment period. It helps patients to recover as soon as possible and has the value of promotion.
