中西医结合治疗及护理干预产后出血的应用效果

The Application Effect of Integrated Medicine combined with Nursing Intervention on Patients with Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探讨中西医结合联合护理干预对于产后出血患者的应用效果。方法选取本院于2014年1月至6月收治的40例产后出血病人,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组注射缩宫素与益母草注射液,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用综合护理干预。比较两组患者产后24 h出血量,住院时间以及并发症的发生率。结果观察组24 h出血量为(521.2±90.1)ml,明显少于对照组出血量(709.1±101.8)ml,观察组患者住院时间为(4.8±1.0)d,明显少于对照组(6.4±0.9)d,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症方面,观察组出现1例呕吐,对照组出现1例头晕,1例呕吐,两者之间的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合联合护理干预治疗产后出血,减少了出血量,缩短了住院时间,且无显著的并发症产生,疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the application effect of integrated medicine combined with nursing intervention on patients with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Selecting 40 cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2014 to June2014, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was injected with oxytocin and motherwort injection. The observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention based on the control group. The amount of 24 h bleeding,hospitalization time and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared. Results The amount of 24 h bleeding of the observation group was（521.2 ±90.1） ml, which was significantly less than（709.1 ±10.18） ml of the control group. The hospitalization time of the observation group was（ 4.8 ±1.0） d, which was significantly less than（ 6.4 ＋ 0.9） d of the control group, and the above differences were statistical significant（ P〈0.05）. The observation group had 1 case of vomiting, the control group had 1 case of dizziness and 1 cases of vomiting, and the difference between the two groups was not statistical significant（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion The integrated medicine combined with nursing intervention on patients with postpartum hemorrhage can reduce the amount of bleeding, shorten the hospitalization time and no significant complications. The curative effect is good, and is worthy of clinical application.
