摘要
目的探讨微针刀拔吸疗法火龙配合热敏灸治疗痹症的实际效果。方法选取我院收治的痹症患者50例,按随机数字表法将其分成实验组25例,对照组25例,对照组应用微针刀拔吸疗法火龙配合热敏灸治疗,对照组应用双氯芬酸钠治疗,比较两组痹症治疗效果。结果实验组痹症治疗总有效率为92.0%,高于对照组的80.0%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微针刀拔吸疗法火龙配合热敏灸治疗痹症收效满意,值得临床进一步应用、推广。
Objective To investigate the actual effect of micro needle pull suction therapy dragon combined with thermal moxibustion in treating arthralgia. Methods Selecting 50 cases of patients with arthralgia, they were divided into experimental group of 25 cases and con-trol group of 25 cases. The experimental group received micro needle pull suction therapy dragon combined with thermal moxibustion. The control group received diclofenac sodium therapy. The therapeutic effects were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group was 92.0% and 80.0%, respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi-cant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Micro needle pull suction therapy dragon combined with thermal moxibustion in treating arthralgia had ef-fective treatment satisfaction, and it was worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
