中医特色护理在妇科手术患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of TCM Nursing on Patients with Gynecological Operation

目的探究中医特色护理对妇科手术患者的应用效果。方法选取2014年3—12月50例妇科手术患者随机等分为实验组与对照组。实验组(n=25)给予中医特色护理方案,对照组(n=25)给予常规护理方案,对患者的身体状态、并发症以及护理满意度进行对比,比较2组方案的应用效果。结果采用中医特色护理方案的实验组身体状态优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;并发症发生率实验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;实验组患者护理满意度平均得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论中医特色护理方法对妇科手术患者应用效果较好,身体状态良好,并发症的发生率低,同时更令患者满意,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To explore the application effect of TCM nursing on patients with gynecological operation. Methods Selecting 50 cases of patients with gynecological operations from March 2014 to December 2014, they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group（n = 25） was given characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan, and the con-trol group（n = 25） was given routine nursing program. The body condition, complications, nursing satisfaction and application effect of the two groups were compared. Results The body condition of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. The incidence of complications of the experimental group was lower than that of the con-trol group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Average score of nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion TCM nursing on patients with gynecological operation has better effect, good health, low incidence of complications and more satisfactory. It is worthy of clinical
