中西医结合治疗肾病综合征顽固性水肿的临床护理

Clinical Nursing of Integrated Medicine in Treating Refractory Edema of Nephrotic Syndrome

目的探析中西医结合治疗肾病综合征顽固性水肿的临床护理效果。方法选择2010年7月—2013年5月期间收治的肾病综合征顽固性水肿患者36例为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为两组,其中给予对照组常规护理,而观察组则运用优质护理,对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的住院时间明显短于对照组,并且与对照组相比,观察组的水肿消退例数多、感染率低、护理满意度高,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上运用中西医结合治疗肾病综合征顽固性水肿时,再给予优质护理,不仅可以缩短住院时间、降低感染率,还能缓解症状、控制病情,确保治疗效果。

Objective To study the clinical nursing effect of of integrat ed medicine in treating refractory edema of nephrotic syndrome.Methods Selecting 36 cases of patients with refractory edema of nephrotic syndrome from July 2010 to May 2013 as research objects,they were divided into control group and observation group in chronological order. The control group was given routine nursing. The obser-vation received high quality nursing. The therapeutic effect was compared. Results The hospitalization of the observation group was short-er than that of the control group. The observation had more cases of edema regression, low infection rate and high satisfaction, and the difference between the two group had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of the integrated medicine and high quality nursing for refractory edema of nephrotic syndrome not only can shorten the hospitalization, reduce the infection rate, but also alle-viate the symptoms, disease control, and ensure the effectiveness of treatment.
