中西医结合介入法治疗股骨头坏死40例

The Interventional Therapy of Integrated Medicine in Treating Femoral Head Necrosis for 40 Cases

目的分析探究在治疗股骨头坏死上采用中西医结合介入疗法的临床疗效。方法选取2013年5月—2014年5月治疗的80名股骨头坏死患者作为研究对象,随机平均分成研究组与对照组。研究组患者采用活血化瘀中药和Seldinger改良穿刺技术进行临床治疗,缓慢的注入30 mg罂粟碱,240 ml川芎嗪,30 ml丹参注射液,从手术后的当天开始对患者进行静脉滴注,药液为30ml丹参注射液加入到5%的葡萄糖液配制而成的;对照组患者则注入30 mg罂粟碱,50 ml低分子右旋糖酐,50万U尿激酶。从手术后当天开始进行静脉滴注5%葡萄糖液+250毫升低分子右旋糖酐,6万U尿激酶,两组患者均持续静脉滴注5天。结果研究组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,且差异性显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在疼痛感与髋关节活动度评分上,两组患者在治疗之后评分均明显高于治疗前,且研究组的评分高于对照组,两组数据具有显著性的差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗股骨头坏死上采用中西医结合介入疗法可以很好的改善股骨头部位的供血状态,让患者的临床症状得到缓解,具有显著的临床效果,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of interventional therapy of integrated medicine in treating femoral head necrosis.Methods 80 cases of patients with femoral head necrosis in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were randomly divided into study group and control group. Patients in the study group used promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis herbs and Seldinger im-proved puncture, and were slowly injected 30 mg papaverine and 240 mg Ligustrazine, 30 ml of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection. From the day after the operation began intravenously to the patient, and the liquid medicine was 30 ml Salvia miltiorrhiza injection added to 5 % glucose solution preparation. Patients in the control group were injected 30 mg papaverine and 50 ml low molecular dextran, 50 million U uroki-nase. Intravenous infusion of 5% glucose solution from postoperative day 250 ml low molecular dextran, 6 million U urokinase. The two groups continued to intravenous infusion for 5 days. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05）. The pain sense and hip joint activity score of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment. The score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, there were significant differences, and the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The interventional therapy of integrated medicine in treating femoral head necrosis can improve the blood supply of the femoral head, alleviate clinical symp-toms. It has significant clinical effect, and is worthy of promotion in clinical application.
