摘要
青葙子味苦,性微寒,归肝经,现代多用于肝脏类疾病的治疗,并且具有明目的功效。随着现代医疗和生物科技的不断进步,人们发现青葙子当中发挥药性作用的主要为三萜皂苷,并将其命名为青葙苷。本文即是对青葙子化学成分及保肝活性进行研究,首先探讨了青葙子的化学成分,通过提取和分离实验获得成分结构,然后针对于青葙总皂苷的制备工艺进行了分析,最后阐述了青葙总皂苷对于急性肝损伤病症的疗效,以期能为相关工作提供参考。
Semen celosiae has bitter taste, slightly cold, owned by the liver. It is used to treat liver disease, and has effect on improving eyesight. With the continuous progress of modern medical and biological science and technology, people found that the main function in semen celosiae was triterpenoid saponins which was named celosin. This paper studied the chemical constituents of semen celosiae and hepatoprotective activity. First of all, we discussed the chemical constituents of semen celosiae, then analyzed the preparation technique.At last, we elaborated the therapeutic effect of total saponins on acute liver injury disease in order to provide a reference for the relevant work.
