摘要 海洋平台修井机是一种排除油井生产故障,可以进行完井、修井及钻井的系统。驱动绞车/转盘、泥浆泵电机的驱动器在系统中起着关键作用,可靠的变频驱动系统可以降低设备故障率,优化操作过程,提高生产效率。本文介绍了国产交流矢量变频系统在渤海旅大10-1平台修井机项目中的应用。对修井机系统做了概要介绍,对变频驱动系统优势做了详细介绍,对关键电控部件国产化的前景做了展望。 Offshore platform workover rig is a failure to exclude oil production can be completion, workover and drilling systems. Drive winch / turntable, mud motor drive plays a key role in the system, a reliable variable frequency drive system can reduce equipment failure rates, optimization operations, improve production efficiency. This article describes the application of domestic AC vector inverter system Luda 10-1 in Bohai platform workover projects.
