摘要
目的:建立酚酞片含量测定的反相高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱为Thermo-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇∶乙腈∶水(25∶30∶45),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为275 nm。结果:酚酞进样量在0.150 7~1.506 6μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为99.36%,RSD=0.35%(n=9)。结论:该方法准确度、灵敏度及重复性均较好,可作为酚酞片的含量测定方法。
Objective:To establish a method to determine the content of phenolphthalein tablets by reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). Methods: The chromatographic column was Ther-mo-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-water (25∶30∶45), the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was at 30 ℃, and the detection wavelength was at 275 nm. Results: A good linear relationship was showed between the peak area and phenolphthalein sample volume of 0.150 7~1.506 6 μg, r = 0.999 8. The average recovery rate was 99.36%, RSD = 0.35% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is accu-rate, sensitive and repeatable, and can be used for the content determination of phenolphthalein tablets.
