液体化工品具有货种多、单一品种年周转量小、易燃爆、高毒、易自聚等特点,对其生产、运输、仓储的安全要求更严格。本文通过分析化工品仓储库物料性质、储运设施、作业流程、管理等方面的风险因素,探讨液体化工品存储的安全措施,为液体化工品仓储库安全运行与管理提供参考。

Liquid chemicals have a wide variety of features,including different types, small annual turnover for just one type of liquid chemicals, easy to burn, high toxicity and prone to self-polymerization, etc. Thus higher safety requirements for production, transportation and storage of liquid chemicals are needed. In this study, the risk factors such as the feature of the chemicals in the chemical warehouse, storage facilities, operation flow, related management, are analyzed. The safety precautions for the storage of liquid chemicals are discussed, which provides the reference for safely running and managing chemical warehouse of liquid chemicals.
