摘要
基于氨水易挥发特性,且其挥发出的氨气与空气混合后能形成爆炸性气体,容易对环境造成危害,以氨水储罐不易挥发氨气为设计原则提出改进氨水储存的新工艺,实现40℃下摩尔分数25%氨水贮存的同时实现了"零"排放,为企业提出了氨水贮存的新思路,同时该工艺对类似易挥发物质储存也具有借鉴意义。
The volatility of ammonia is easy to form explosive gas by volatile ammonia gas with air,which is harmful to the environment. The design of new ammonia storage tank is conducted based on the principle that does not produce volatile ammonia gas. Zero emissions of volatile ammonia gas is achieved when 25% ammonia solution is stored at 40℃. This process provides a new idea of ammonia storage for enterprises and has the reference significance of volatile material storage.
